If you are visiting for a short break in the city, a business trip or planning a longer family holiday in Lisbon, this bright apartment offers the perfect refuge for your stay.
Live like a local resident! Located in the heart of the city, you will be able to experience daily life on foot, by bicycle or using public transport. A walk through the city centre takes only 45 minutes, allowing you to absorb the atmosphere of the avenues, cafés and shops along the way. The apartment, located in the vibrant centre of Lisbon, offers the convenience of a modern building, guaranteeing a peaceful environment, essential for a good night's sleep in a bustling capital.
With a suite featuring a double bed and bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a charming balcony with sunrise views, the apartment prioritises comfort.
Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen facilitates meal preparation, whilst the spacious and elegant living and dining areas offer a relaxing space to unwind. High-speed internet services are available, as well as numerous recommendations for a unique stay in Portugal's capital.

The nearest supermarket is conveniently located across the street, and you can also take a short walk to El Corte Inglés or Saldanha Shopping Centre.
Enjoy breakfast at one of the nearby pastry shops or explore Saldanha Market in search of fresh fruit and seafood to prepare a delicious home-cooked dinner.
We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to your wishes or requests. If you prefer minimal contact for check-in or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays of 8 to 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning.
For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning will be mandatory with our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.
For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas charges are not included and will be charged to guests.
If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property and for any damage caused by pets during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; odours from urine or faeces, scratches or deterioration of wood and paint, etc.).

The location was great and condo big enough. However I had read and asked about a post from a previous guest regarding the furniture. In fact, he was correct. The furniture was in bad shape. I've attached photos. The mattresses and guest bedroom were not of high quality.Pots and pans were clearly in poor shape and there were not a full set of regular sized wine glasses. (small port or from winery visits).The washing machine (not with dryer) was a challenge each time to work because the provided guide with pictures was for a different model.When we got there we looked up and the bathroom had black mold growing in the corner of the ceiling and steam did not evaporate. I asked them to come clean that and they did immediately but said there is a problem with ventilation so please leave window open and fan running even after showers. The shower and water pressure were great for Europe.There is some water damage on the wood flooring outside the master bath, which was covered with a mat.The kitchen and all appliances worked well.We stayed a month and loved Lisbon and our location. However the condo was not worth the price at all and significant updates need to be made to make it so.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very quiet, except for a little noise from the fire station across the street. Great location, a huge grocery store across the street and a good city market 5 minutes away. The Metro is less than 2 blocks away. Even though there are big hotels in the area, this is not a tourist district, so it has a genuine downtown feel. The only issue is that they need to revise the listing to remove the amenity of a clothes drying machine. The washer only washes the clothes and you have to put your wet clothes on a drying rack. We chose this apartment because the listing specified a clothes drying machine in more than one place, and this is inaccurate. Otherwise, we had a very good stay and we recommend this apartment for the location and the space inside.
