The cozy "Oma Rosa" apartment measures 65 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house. It features a fully equipped open kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content. Oma Rosa’s corner bench with its large table is a great place to sit—as are the cozy couch and armchair. The bedroom features a large, comfortable bed. And if there are three or four of you, there are two additional sleeping spots on the pull-out couch (160x200 cm) in the living room. From the private south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture, a grill, and a parasol, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Berchtesgaden and the Watzmann.

We offer free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fresh towels and bed linens, dish towels, a portable Bluetooth speaker with digital radio, and much more.

And if you’re traveling with small children, we’re happy to provide a travel crib or high chair free of charge.

A short-stay tax is charged on site. For adults: €2.60/day, children ages 6–16: €1.30/day; children under 6 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
