In a chic flea market atmosphere, large living room with new and well-equipped open kitchen, small new appliances, pretty old crockery, bedroom bed 140 with access to private bathroom, shower linen provided, separate toilet, 2nd bedroom with 2 90 pull-out type beds and its private bathroom, quality bed linen provided. In the living room large new sofa. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Library with many books and board games. Television and free wifi access. Office area. Balcony with table, chairs, a deckchair and electric plancha. Clothes rack, ironing board and iron, and household necessities provided.
Easy parking on the street.
Everything is provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Easy access to the entertainment of the city, the sea, and the region while enjoying the calm of the neighborhood.

We would just like to say that we really enjoyed our time in Royan with Martine and Salif. They were very hospitable and helpful and we could not have asked for more.
It was also a great location beside the beaches and surrounds. We will return if we decide to return to this lovely region.
