I rent my house ideally located 100 meters from the superb Minihic beach in Saint-Malo, very close to the Sillon and the GR 34.
The living rooms and bedrooms are particularly spacious (surface area of 180m2)
You can do everything without a car; shops and bakery less than 2 minutes walk away. The old town is 10 minutes away by bus or 30 minutes walk along the sea.
The house and the large terrace are south facing and are bathed in light.
Enjoy also a beautiful garden to relax and rest.
The house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture, etc...
