The Space:
Welcome to this 42m2, spacious and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Montmartre, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. Just a few minutes away from Picasso's studio and the beautiful Sacré-Cœur basilica (7 min. walk). Taste Parisian nightlife with cabaret at the Moulin Rouge (10 min). Hip restaurants and bars are everywhere, and the Abbesses metro station is within a 4-minute walk.
With antique wallpaper and timber floors, our local interior designer has created a unique, charming space. Huge windows overlook the quaint streets below, and Art Deco-style furniture matches the vintage aesthetic of the neighborhood. A fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for breakfast at home.
The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
- Living room: sofa bed

- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet interior garden, enjoy from its terrace with a morning coffee or a glass of wine after all day sightseeing!

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00
Check-out time is at 11:00 (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it to the garbage room inside the courtyard. There is direct access to the courtyard from the apartment.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Perfect and most amazing location!! Near many shops and restaurants. Near metro stations and the Moulin Rouge (10 min walk!)Host very quick to respond. The apartment is perfect for a short stay. The building is cute and the lovely flowers outside made it very welcoming. The only thing is that the apartment seems to be a bit humid. Especially the bathroom. But we left the windows open when we were there and the AC running when we were out.If you plan to cook there, they have all the basic gadgets but you may need to get a few things like paper towels. I loved that we had a washer/dryer in the apartment as well making it perfect for multi-cities travelers.The coffee shop downstairs was a hit for us. Great for a morning coffee and croissants. I would stay there again for sure!

We loved the location! It was next door to coffee shops and a very cute market! The washing machine and air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

What a wonderful spot in Montmartre! It is perfectly located near lots of cafes, shops, fruit stands, restaurants and all the sites! Super cute terrace that we enjoyed our dinners on while playing cards. It has air conditioning, a washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Book now to enjoy one of the best areas of Paris!

Excellent communication from the host! Great location with dining, shops and sights within walkable distance! Comfortable and clean! Cozy really describes the unit much more than our expected spaciousness of 972 sq. ft., even inclusive of the entrance/terrace common to all the units.
