Villa with private pool, a few steps from the beach, in El Saladillo (Costalita)
Andalusian-style villa, old but full of charm, bright and sunny.
Entirely on one level, it comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds and a trundle bed. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
Outside: private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, several dining areas in the sun or shade, and a roof terrace with views of the sea and sunset.
Easy and free parking on the street.
El Saladillo is a quiet residential area. On foot, you will find local and international restaurants, a small supermarket, and the beach with its chiringuitos, such as Pepe's, and its beach clubs. Puerto Banús, with its shops, nightlife and marina, is just a few minutes' drive away.
Good to know:
For your comfort, we offer you a WELCOME PACK with mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel and soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets. These products are not replenished during your stay.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of pool closure decided by the regional authorities, in particular in the event of water restrictions during periods of drought.

An exceptional property with efficient and friendly check in process, there are excellent facilities and stunning surroundings. The property was cleaned to a very high standard and is modern and bright. The pool is beautiful but caution for families with small children it is very deep. We had a small wasp issue whilst we were there and the hosts were responsive and resolved this for us within the hour! The proximity to the beach is perfect if you like a blend of pool side and sand between your toes. It is close to a number of supermarkets and bars/restaurants so a car is not essential. I could not rate this villa more highly, it was ideal for our family. Thank you for the hospitality!

The size of the villa. Loads of outside space. Close to the beach. The roof terrace !!!
Bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade and for the money, more coffee pods, and some essentials like oils, water and toiletries could be useful.

Beautiful villa with modern, fully equipped kitchen, within hearing distance from the sea. Other highlights include roof terrace with sea views, stylish in- and outdoor furniture, private pool and garden, proximity to shops and restaurants.
There is nothing that should be improved.

Fantastic villa from where you can hear the sea waves, terrasse on rooftop for mornings or evenings with a great view! You have all you need for cooking and getting a relax stay. Superbe swimming pool too. This was a great break with family.
