Living room: A spacious and inviting area featuring two double sofa beds, a TV and a dining table, ideal for convivial moments after a busy day.
Open kitchen: Modern and fully equipped, with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine and everything you need to prepare your meals with ease.
Bedrooms: Three elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and decorated with care for optimal rest.
Bathrooms: Three contemporary bathrooms, two with WC, all with shower, hairdryer and welcome kits (shower gel and shampoo). For added convenience, a separate toilet is also available.
Additional amenities: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV and Wi-Fi access included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and one set of towels per person are provided.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The old building has poor soundproofing and the street stays busy late into the evening, with its bars and restaurants. You can hear the upstairs neighbours and people using the stairs, and, with the windows open, the street noise at night. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift. The building's entrance and staircase are poorly maintained, which can come as a surprise on arrival, and luggage has to be carried up on foot. It is not suitable for older guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* During heatwaves, the apartment can get very hot at night. You then need to sleep with the windows open, which lets in the street noise. If you are sensitive to heat, please take this into account.

The property was in a great location and the property manager was wonderful to deal with. We spent 2 nights at the property and both nights unfortunately did not result in great sleep. The beds were incredibly hard but the pillows were awful. They were not decent pillows, and all three couples struggled. There was no soap in the washrooms to wash your hands after the toilet and the master room with toilet and shower, the shower leaked a lot and covered the floor. The other room backing onto the back started by itself in the middle of the night and shut off after 5 minutes. It was bizarre. The rooms backing onto the roof area, when looking out your window, was full of garbage and very uninviting.
