Come and enjoy Nîmes by staying in this superb air-conditioned duplex apartment completely renovated in a warm style combining old and contemporary.
Ideally located in the city center, 2 steps from the bullring, restaurants, museums...
Very quiet and bright, on the 2nd floor.
Two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 double bed 160 cm, 2 single beds 90 cm, 1 sofa bed 140cm in the living room.
WiFi Internet, large 146cm connected TV, filter coffee maker + Dolce Gusto pods, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob...)
Beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower
Travel cot + bb high chair available.
There are many free and paid parking lots nearby (12€/day, 45€/week approximately).
SNCF train station 12 minutes walk.
Linen (sheets, towels, etc.) provided
Cleaning: 35€ (paid on arrival)
Refundable deposit: 300€ (paid on arrival, returned on departure).

I really enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was clean and spacious; everything was accurately shown in the photos. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice and refreshing. The location makes for easy access to the city center as well as to the lovely Jardins de la Fontaine. Communication with Martin was great. He was helpful and accommodating with my questions and a change to my dates.

We stopped in Nimes for a quick visit and loved our stay! Location is perfect to all thr sights. AC in bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a geat night sleep. Communication from host was very clear making check in quite easy! We would definitely stay here again!

The feel of Nimes and all it had to offer came shining through in this perfectly situated apartment. Short and quiet walks away from several squares with numerous cafes and stores. Updated bedrooms with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen made for a wonderful family stay. Martin was an extremely helpful host!

The apartment was okay. The description of the location was not. My wife and kids were scared of the dismal alley entrance. The stairway was not clean. Did it say it was a three story walk up? There were very few amenities other than one towel per person. No wash cloths or paper towels,
