Clean, comfortable, and convenient. In town for a convention, so being close to the tram and being central on the strip was important. Friendly staff and the rooms had everything we needed.

Everything went smooth from check in to check out. The location was just what we had hoped for. Easy access to casinos, food and shows.

Location: Great for quick walk along strip, to the promenade, and definitely feasible to walk to the sphere. Nearby Casino at Flamingo and Bars were greatKitchen: Nice space with ample seating and prep area. An improved coffee maker would be beneficial (ours seemed to be a hodgepodge of mismatched pieces).Bathroom: Nice separate sink areas. Nice closed off doors. Poor placement of towel hook (no real racks), and the shower deal had a poor seal on it. Whoever did their floor work was subpar, and there is no controllable vent fan in the bathroom.Bedroom: Good size bed, and view into pool of the Flamingo.Major downside: From about 8AM until 5 or 6PM every day, the level of bass at the pool will vibrate the whole building. You can't really sleep or nap any during this period without ear plugs. For this reason alone I'd likely not stay at this property in the future and is the reason for low marks. Not the fault of the owner, purely the Flamingo as a whole.
