The property was clean and unique, though small had everything we needed the bed was comfortable and love the skylight .There is an elevator so only one set of stairs to go up. The location is fabulous a few minute walk to Rossio square, buses, train station restaurants, shopping!

Excellent location. Very close to Rossio station and walking distance to everything. Kitchen was small but suited our needs.if you want to cook elaborate meals then it wouldn't work. But it was well stocked. We were there for three nights and would have preferred full windows instead of just a skywindow that opens if we were staying longer.

The shower although suitable and clean, needs the drain to be cleared out. I had to wet down , soap, and rinse in spurts so as not to flood the bathroom

It was very quaint with a lot of character. It was also very quiet considering the location is just off of a main walking area. Bed was great water pressure and shower was great and the entire process was seamless. We would most certainly stay here again.

Nothing

The location was well-suited to our needs - being close to the main centre but also in a more peaceful street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and was nice to have windows for fresh air and sunlight. Also felt very secure with the multiple doors and codes for access.

The apartment was quite difficult to get to with a lift and stairs to the 4th floor. The space in the room was cramped and awkward, especially with luggage so we couldn't relax comfortably. The bathroom especially was impractical (had to open the shower door across the running water to get inside). There was a dusty feel to everything in the room, perhaps from the stone walls. Pictures seemed a little misleading as it looked good on the surface but things were just thrown together and impractical. Ironing board was dirty and didn't fold out properly so couldn't use it.
