Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this chic 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this chic 38 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue aux Ours in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has an en-suite shower room; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING PLACE IN FRONT OF OUR BUILDING. NEIGHBORHOOD REGULATIONS ARE DONE SO THAT THE DISTURBANCES CREATED MAY BE MINIMIZD, HOWEVER OCCASIONAL DRILLING OR HAMMERING MAY OCCUR DURING THE WEEK DURING WORKING HOURS.

Known for its beautiful 17th-century architecture, independent boutiques, contemporary art galleries, and a strong community of designers and artisans, the Marais offers a lively mix of old and new. The neighbourhood is walkable, packed with great restaurants and cafés, and close to some of Paris’s best cultural venues including the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges.

Things you should know before booking: - The apartment is directly located over a noisy, boisterous sports bar with outside seating. "Happy Hour" runs from 4 pm - 2 am on weekdays, and until 4 am on weekends. And the Parisians go hard. - The building across the street is being gut-renovated. Be ready all day long for construction noise, trucks, etc.- The apartment does not have AC. It was 90-95 degrees when we were visiting. So you have to open the windows, and you get the full blast of noise- The bedroom is so small that you can barely make it around the bed without whacking your chin. The bathroom door opens only halfway before bumping into the bed frame. - The bedroom window opens toward a really small courtyard. The neighbors were smoking constantly, and had their own hard-core techno party going on one night until 4 am. Again, in the heat with no ACs and the windows open not ideal - The bathroom and shower are postage-sized, and reek of epoxy. - It's listed as "First Floor", but it's actually the U.S. second floor. Be prepared to schlepp your luggage up a narrow hallway (that also heavily smells like smoke)- Actually, checking in is a treasure hunt. Make sure you carefully study their check-in videos or you're not going to figure it out. - The check-in process is just awful: After you make the reservation, they make you upload your ID. Then you have to post a 400 deposit through their weird payment system. They treat you like a criminal, not a guest
