Hemos renovado completamente la casa en 2017 con acabados de calidad, sin dejar ningún área intacta. Dentro de la casa contamos con encimeras de cuarzo, gabinetes nuevos, cocina moderna totalmente equipada, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y azulejos de porcelana. Contamos con 3 habitaciones costeras (2 camas queen y 2 camas individuales) con amplio espacio de guardarropas, 2 baños recientemente renovados (1 en suite). El lanai de la sala de estar se abre a una cubierta cubierta de "estilo de la Florida antigua" con amplios asientos de banco, mecedoras y barbacoa perfecta para su hora feliz.

Wow! We spent a week at A Turtle’s Nest, our second visit to the island but our first time staying here. It’s a beautiful property, modern and stylish but also comfortable and relaxing, and we felt at home surprisingly quickly.
It’s very much a luxury holiday home - my favourite kind! Everything is of high quality - the appliances, the fixtures and fittings, the crockery and cutlery, even the tea towels are plush! The bed is super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud.
There’s an abundance of fluffy bath towels and pool towels, and a delightfully old-fashioned whistling stove-top kettle for tea drinkers like us.
We enjoyed spotting the little turtle touches all over the house, and appreciated the labels on switches and other devices that made life easier.
The location is perfect, on a quiet street just a short stroll to the beach.
We love Anna Maria Island - the beaches, the sunsets and the wildlife, and hope to return again in the future. Our favourite food recommendations would be a burger at The Waterfront, fish at The Porch and steak at SALT Bar & Table.
It’s been an absolute pleasure staying here. We don’t usually stay at the same property twice, but I’d make an exception in this case.
I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate my 50th birthday.

Perfect size for our family of 6, plenty of space to spread out a bit. Beach is just a short walk away and coming back to our very own private pool was the icing on the cake. The kids had an absolute blast. Amazing location as well, centrally located and just a quick golf cart ride to pretty much anywhere on the island. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay and Raye was a great host. The place is expertly decorated, very clean, and has a plethora of modern features. We will definitely be staying again!

Great location. The Ugly Grouper Restaurant was a short walk and had something for everyone, including live music.
We also enjoyed our time cooking and reading by the small pool. The lovely landscaping around this home gives plenty of privacy.
Found it very easy to go for my morning run or stroll to the beach for sunset. This house was perfect!

Great property, great location, multiple living spaces for guests to relax and do their own thing. Easy walk to the beach for the gorgeous AMI sunsets. Easy walk to Vinny’s, Hurricane Hanks, The Ugly Grouper and The Doctor’s Office, ice cream and shopping.

A turtles nest is a beautiful home! Well taken care of and updated. Very clean. It had everything we needed. The property owners were responsive- got back to us in minutes! Good location- short walk to the beach or stores. Highly recommend it!

Very cozy, great style, clean and had everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway. My only suggestion is to put black out curtains in the bedrooms, because the neighbor’s exterior light sensor is very bright and goes off and on throughout the night. I brought an eye cover which helped. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay there!

We loved this home. It was so clean, well decorated and had everything we could need.
The house was so nicely decorated. There were plenty of beach/pool towels, a wagon to pull stuff to the beach . The house even had beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas for the beach. Our favorite part was the pool. It was such a fun place to cool off and private from the road. The beach was a quick walk from the house. The house was also close to restaurants and ice cream shops. We even biked to Anna Maria piers and shops. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely book this house again.

Wonderful times at Anna Maria Island
This was a very nice place to stay at. The home has just been renovated! The location is great - only 5 minutes to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The soundproofing is excellent too - there was some construction on the street during our stay and we didn’t hear the equipment run with closed doors. The communication with the owner was great - when we had any questions, those were answered reasonably fast! The Turtle Nest is definitely on the short list of places to stay for us in the future, for sure.

The kitchen was well stocked and had some condiments and spices. The walk to the beach is short, and having the chairs and wagon available was great. The outdoor shower, pool, and outdoor dining area were key, especially with a 4 and 7 year old. Loved that you can see the pool from the kitchen so I felt comfortable letting the kids play outside while I cooked dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay on AMI
We had a wonderful time at 'A Turtles Nest' and Raye is a great host! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities of home. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen (equipped with everything you need). Plenty of space for the kids to spread out and the sun room was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed walking to the beach every evening for sunset (less than 5 mins). Also loved having the beach wagon and chairs, umbrella, etc that are provided. We will stay here again the next time we visit the island.

Perfection
We loved staying at 'A Turtle's Nest'. The villa was even better than the photos with so many nice details...it really felt like a home from home. There was everything we needed in the villa and the beach cart with the location made it an absolutely perfect holiday. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you!

Lovely house in perfect location
We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back. Inside and outside - everything worked perfectly. Only regret is a very noisy installation just outside the master bedroom which ruined the night’s sleep

Excellent house on Anna Maria Island
Recently updated and looks amazing! Three living areas - one is a step down living room. Pool on one side of house and grill with fabulous sitting area on the other - do connect with path along the rear of house. Pool is small but absolutely beautiful. Lots of towels provided for pool. Water is 85 degrees. Careful of the step out of house onto pool terrace - it's a bit high. Three bedrooms - 1) Queen bed is comfy and ensuite bath is smallish (shower only) but very very nice. 2) Twin beds with hall bath (Tub with shower) right outside of door. 3) Queen bed with door off of the step-down living area so have to walk around which worked out fine. Kitchen is totally open and well stocked - even condiments in the fridge. Walk to beach only takes 3-5 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet and new circular driveway is perfect! Loved our stay in the excellent Turtle's Nest.

A Wonderful Turtle’s Nest
House is on a quiet street a few blocks from the beach. A great wagon available to transport beach gear. The house and pool were extremely clean decorated with lovely coastal decor. Communication with Raye was terrific.

Expect the Best at " A Turtle's Nest"
We would like to offer a well deserved thank you to Raye for the outstanding accommodations offered at his Anna Maria Island home "A Turtle's Nest". The house, yard and pool were extremely clean and picture perfect as presented on the website. The terrific wagon and chairs made the short walk to the beach much easier! Raye sent a restaurant list in advance. It was also included in the house binder along with brochures regarding the surrounding area. Travelling with our two adult children, the house location allowed for great options in dining, shopping or investigating near-by destinations of interest. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating assisted with our endeavors to relax. The splendor of the sunsets, sugar soft sand and natural habitats for birds were very enjoyable! We chose "A Turtle's Nest" together as a family. We are incredibly happy that we made the right choice!!! Additional Note: Thank you to the staff who made an effort to find our daughter's missing keys after our departure.

The decor and overall feel of the house was cozy and warm and gave off the perfect beach vibe. The pool and outdoor spaces were our favourite places to relax, eat and hang out with the kids. Location was excellent to the trolley, places to eat and of course the beach!!! Highly recommend to everyone and already looking to go back next summer. Perfect Family Getaway!
This property was absolutely perfect for my family! We have three kids (12,8,4) who loved the pool and outdoor areas. The house was immaculate and the amenities available were more than you could ask for. We packed the wagon provided and walked 5 minutes to the beach! The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with. We try new places every year, but are seriously considering visiting again!

Beautiful, Clean, Spacious Home in a Great Location
"A Turtle's Nest" was perfect for my family & I. It's immaculately clean, has a great layout for hanging out as a group (yet still having privacy) indoors & outdoors. We loved the pool & covered area patio area. The location is really convenient since it's near lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream, bars/pubs etc. And the beach of course! Raye is the best host; super responsive, answered all our questions, & provided several awesome suggestions in the area! Everything was perfect & we can't wait to come back!

Family Getaway
This property was perfect for a family getaway! It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and many other places to visit. Many things were provided such as beach towels, beach toys, and a wagon (this came in VERY handy)! We couldn’t have imagined a more simple property to stay at accommodating our whole family. The Turtles nest fit exactly what our family of four needed. The house is conveniently located near so much and walking distance to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything you will need. The beach cart is a huge perk. The manager was quick to respond with questions and extremely helpful.
