This beautifully renovated property is perfect for both short and longer-term stays. My family of 6 were comfortable and happy at this house in the week between Christmas and New Year's. The house is easy to access, with garage or on-street parking. Linens, towels and furnishings are all new and comfortable. It is only a short distance to the beach and pier, where our kids enjoyed playing in the water and watching the surfers. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided. We made several day trips to Coronado Island, San Diego, La Jolla and other nearby beach destinations. The best part about having access to a full house as comfortable and well apportioned as this one is there are enough rooms for everyone to disappear into in the evenings, after day trips and lots of togetherness :-). The wifi and TV systems also kept everyone happy. Aaron and Kathy Beard are great communicators--they sent emails with important information in a timely fashion, were readily available if there were issues, and checked in with us to make sure we'd found everything we needed. In short, we highly recommend this house!

Great administration, doesn't get much easier really. Super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The house's interior has been re-done 100% recently and thus it's super enjoyable. Location is good, easy to get to freeway, beach is close enough. 10/10 would do again!

Imperial beach was only a 5 minute drive away. I felt as if I had my own private beach while I was there. The beach was not crowded as they are at all of the other San Diego beaches and all of the touristy areas, are only within a 30 minute drive.

This property was newly renovated and furnished. It was exactly what we were looking for. It's quite spacious. Light, clean, safe and easy to travel to and from. Imperial Beach is further south than we usually stay, but was perfectly fine for our March trip. I have only good things to say about the house and the property management team. I would definitely do business with them again.
