Location was not traceable. It is misguided. Distance from center mentioned 1.7 km but actually it is nearly 4 km. Incomplete address.

Management is cheating in a planned way so what could be say to improve.

It's very nice view point and good service

No online service order food and Nainital Lake is very far away from the hotel, if you have a car then only you can go easily, otherwise your money will be spent a lot.

I liked the Hills View, but all the other things which have become useless there, also got hills and lake in front of them. Then I started feeling bad.

It is easy to reach heaven and hell in this world, but it is very difficult to reach this hotel..

Fantastic location Free WIFI Staff were good except for one lady

1) I paid for breakfast but it was not included. Some deal issue between booking.com and oyo 2) Paid 50% to OYO 2 months ago but we were not allowed to enter the room unless we had cleared the balance! Very rude service at the check-in. Manager whom I was in touch with left the company hence whatever he committed was not taken into account?? 3) We booked 6 triple rooms but it had a double bed which was actually enough for 2 adults and 1 child. 4) TV for 2 rooms were not working and it was not fixed since we stayed for 3 nights. We were advised that out room will be changed which never happened! 5) Washbasin water was leaking in one of the rooms which was also never fixed! 6) Room heater was available for an extra charge not at the room rate, please mention this clearly. 7) Bike rental not available please update your website. 8) Shared kitchen was mentioned without any charge but we were charged INR 500 for using gas for max 3 hrs!! Pls update your website on this. Also very unhegenic and dirty kitchen. After we used the kitchen on the 2nd day we opted to have breakfast elsewhere. 9) Oyo customer service kept us on hold for more than 15-20 mins just to check our booking confirmation.

Hotel is good but never booking from OYO, the security of oyo is too loose,someone called me and tell me calling from hotel even he give me the all details,the token money which I hava paid already and give me a oyo side number and request to pay rest of money but latur the hotel said it was a cyber crime.
