Very good

The chalet is directly in front of the beach. Mini market is just beside our chalet and restaurants nearby. The room is basic and clean. The hospitality provided was the best. The owner was very helpful, friendly and gave many nice suggestions.

Don't hesitate, this is your place!

Everything was perfect here! The personal is so helpful, the wooden house is comfortable, clean and cozy. Also the porch is perfect to stay outside while it's raining without getting wet. There are not mosquitos inside of the room and you have also a hook to put your own net if you want. The location is perfect, Juara is a beautiful place to spend your days if you want to know more about the village and enjoy the calm and the beautiful surroundings. And this house is on the middle of the beach, not far for anything, in 10minutes you can go to the other side of the last beach, watching monkeys, lots of butterflies, birds, flying foxes and much more on the way. Honestly, we have had here our best experience in Malaysia!

Directly on the beach, host is the nicest person

It was drippring through the roof on the bed when it rained, bathroom full of ants, all in all the rooms need renovation. Left earlier.

Exceptional. Great and helpful host

The place is on the other side of the island. It is a gorgeous area and secluded. A local village of great friendly people. The host was was lovely and always helpful and booking side trips. Would definitely go back again

Amazing location in friendly area

Amazing location right on the beach and next door to a convenience store. The owner Aiman organised my pick up at the ferry terminal to be shared to save me money. He is a very kind and helpful person. There are lots of cute kitties there. As others have said the bats are noisy but for me I was just excited to be able to see flying foxes up close and have ear plugs. Juara is a very peaceful and natural place. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. The turtle project and waterfall are great things to do close by

Beautiful cabana in front of the beach, great value for money. Very helpful local staff. Ideal location near ferry gate. Very calm and appeasing atmosphere.

Laid back place in great location. Very clean, air condition and fridge, everything you need in such place. Owners kind and helpful, arranged transport from jetty and snorkelling trip. Easy communciation. Thank you!.

it was a beautiful place with mesmerizing view ….. the beach was clean. I and my family had a wonderful time together in this heavenly place plus the snorkeling …the caretaker was very helpful

Permai Chalet

Our chalet fronting the beach is so comfy and nice. We're so thankful to their staff (Aiman), he is very accommodating and always ready to take care of our needs. He can pick you up at the Jetty terminal, drop by the ATM and Duty free before heading to the island. He's just one text away whenever and whatever u need. We only book one way bus and one way for Jetty on our way there and didn't realize it'll be hard to book the return trip due to limited trips. But thankfully Aiman was there to book a Jetty for us! We'll surely come back!

I don't like the toilet bowl is dirty (probably because it's old already). No tissue, no shampoo, etc. The bedsheet is dirty and the towels are dusty. There are mosquitos as well.

I like everything about this chalet

All good. The host is very helpful and friendly, nice sunrise view, beautiful beach, good location. Will repeat again soon!

All you need for a break on the beach

Location is perfect. Basic but covers all that you need for a chill beach break. Perfect sunrise moment, daily - SUPERB!

The whole area very poor network connection - none of the chalet fault. The wifi cant reached the room area, need to walk closer to the reception area.

A pleasant getaway.

The chalet was very nicely situated on the beach and had a veranda I really enjoyed! The owner and manager were very friendly. Good job!
