The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, sandwich toaster and a dining space for four people. The living room has a sofa and satellite TV (3D, 42”). The window looks out directly at the square in front of the theatre. The accommodation provides heating, a washing machine and a dryer, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. Handmade terracotta tiles, ceilings with wooden beams and selected details round off the very tasteful interior. Access to the Internet is free via “Cortona Free WIFI” (registration at FreeLuna required.) The apartment is accessed via the stairwell, which provides direct access to a charming café-bar on the ground floor. As the building has a number of residential units, mutual consideration is a must. It is not far from the house to public car parks, some free of charge. Guests who wish have the possibility of having meals served at home directly from the "Nessun Dorma" restaurant which is located in the same building just below the apartment.
