Spacious, clean and nice apartment, super location, good value for money.

no coffee machine,

Pros: Great location, Awesome AC, Super quiet bedroom and Comfortable bed. Lots of bath towels! (maybe bring your own shampoo/soap - only 2 tiny items provided for a 6 night stay). And unlike some Italian properties didn't expect you to sort your trash into 5 different bins or take it out yourself!! Washing machine was bonus as it wasn't listed as an amenity (caveats: no detergent and smelled of mold inside). Owner was accommodating with a late checkout request. Multiple restaurants on the same street; and tons within a block or 2.

Cons: if you think you might use the kitchen - zero of the basic supplies provided at most vacation rentals. No salt / sugar / cooking oil / paper towels. The one sink / dish sponge was already well worn out. No dish towels or pot holders. No coffee maker. A moka stove top pot - but no coffee for it, and looked like mold growing inside. Spent a good time scrubbing and soaking it before considering using it. And you could barely fit a 750ml bottle in the freezer - it hadn't been defrosted in ??? so it was almost completely filled with ice.
