Un poco la zona donde está ubicado, a pesar de ser tranquila esta un poco desangelada.

We have liked that it was modern but cosy and home-y at the same time. It had all the necessary items that you'd require in an apartment, everything wss thoroughly considerex by Alvaro it seems! Totally recommend it!

Nothing to dislike

Clean, well presented 2nd floor apartment. Exactly like the photos. There is a full kitchen with 3 pans various sizes, 1 glass large roasting dish and 2 medium Tupperware boxes, tea and coffee pods provided. No salt/pepper etc. New wash cloth, scouring pad, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs provided. Good bright lights in all rooms, no soft lighting in lounge. Wi-Fi works, mostly good, occasionally needs rebooting. Excellent bathroom with washer and dryer, body wash and hand soap provided. Twin beds comfy but soft, mattress cover only on one bed, plenty of coat hangers and drawers. Apartment cleaned after a week, towels washed, no change of bedding. Good size sunny balcony, 4 chairs and table for dining, excellent umbrella, 2 folding sun loungers with mattress. Our hosts, Rebecca and Alvaro were brilliant and helpful.

Noise from rental apartment below if guests aren’t aware the court yard below bedroom window is a funnel for noise.

Spacious apartment not far from the old town centre. Comfortable bed, coffee machine and very powerful shower.

There is not much natural daylight - I would choose the upstairs apartment next time as it has a balcony.

We did like this apartment really much. High standard and everything you needed was there. Easy check in and good good communication with host. Location is perfect in city and about 10-15 minutes walk as most to everything.

Nothing, just two small details….vacuum cleaner was not charged and hadn’t any place to charge. Also sink in kitchen had a small blockage so need some cleaning because water did go out slowly.

It is nice spacious Villa with great layout of the rooms, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and even laundry area with towels closet. It is beautifully designed and well thought through with modern designs. Kitchen is large with enough tools for breakfast, fridge, freezer, juicer, toaster, coffee maker. There are plates, cups, steel cutlery, and glasses of various types. There are no pots, no pans, no deep containers to really cook hot meals. There are lots of empty cabinets. Kitchen is clean, well organized. Living room is nicely decorated, modern style. There are two televisions with cable TV. I could not find any English channels. Bathroom is nice, with two different shower heads. Water pressure is fine. Everything was in working order. No difficulty getting in the Villa. Key box worked fine. Locks work fine. Enough other needed items, iron board were provided. The hot water heater worked fine. TV remotes worked fine. The clock in the kitchen was not working, battery is dead? Bedroom has a small window, and kitchen, too. Someone has planned it well. Alvaro is a kind guy. Soft spoken in the voice message. Thanks Alvaro! I have no idea about Rebecca. I did not meet anyone? Property could use a more friendly customer relations person? This Villa is better for tourists from Spain, South and Central America. However, I have serious reservations IF you are not from Spanish speaking countries, UK, USA. I will not recommend it for you because Villa is located in a quite safe neighborhood because lack of live customer service is the only major limitation of this property!

The Villa is weak in customer service. The workers only work limited time of the day? May be from 9 am to 5 pm. It is a serious limitation, specially the Villa is in a quite neighborhood. There was nobody to answer any questions, if any. It is serious weakness for tourists from Europe and non Spanish speaking countries. It will be fine if speak fluent Spanish, and there is little room for parking, if any?

Cozy, comfortable and very clean. Especially, we liked the balcony and the kitchen. It was also quite easy to find parking nearby

The location was ok, but nothing special

Apartment had all we needed, including beach towels and beach accessories. It was located in peacfull street. 10 min walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, main bus station. It was super clean and our host Alvaro was also very helpful in answering all our questions. I think that the best opinion is that we plan to come back next year:)
