An incredible find!

The food was spectacular but it was Bryce’s. Service that was second to none. He served always with a smile and some small talk and Fatema, the cook, was a delight. Respect to. Christian for managing such a delightful team. The place iis a design haven - gorgeous! Could not have been better!

If only (sigh)m I had been able to stay longer…

Amazing views and friendly staff!

First of all, the pool and the view! Even if the lake is no longer closeby, we could still see the lake and it was a fantastic view. Second, the manager is fantastic, great to have a talk and to ask for information. Nice and spacious rooms, we had a fantastic stay.

absolutely wonderful! I would go back to Ouarzazate just to stay there.

we booked this property very last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the this beautiful setting! beautiful swimming pool and gardens, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, bathrooms very clean. the host Christian is a charming gentleman and Driss was “aux petits soins” with us.

it’s a bit out if the way of you are looking for village activities, but for us the country setting was welcome after the bustle of the Fès médina.

definitely recommend staying here if you love gorgeous pools

Even though the lake is not as full, the view from the pool is still magnificent. The food was the best chicken tajine and breakfast we’ve had during our stay in Morocco. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely come back.

The interior design is a little outdated but it didn’t really bother us. everything is clean and there is enough space - and honestly you need to be outside at this magnificent pool anyways

Superb

Great guesthouse to take a break and relax. Cosy atmosphere and very very nice people both those working and owning the guesthouse. Beautifully dessert view with good food served in the restaurant and a nice pool bar.

Hotel was basic and felt tired, past it’s heyday. Setting/service nice enough, but wouldn’t return.

Friendly waiters/service, pretty setting, large rooms.

Hotel was clean but tired in terms of decor. Our sons room (and ours) smelt musty and they had to use our shower as their room shower didn’t turn hot. There was no atmosphere whilst we were there as hotel was empty. As there is little to do in area, a lovely hotel makes/breaks your stay.

Good overall but the facilities would benefit from an upgrade.

The property is in a beautiful location and relatively easy to reach. We particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff.

The room, blankets and bathroom facilities feel quite outdated. Not sure whether the other rooms are similar but, in our case, the entrance door was the only source of natural light and locking it meant waking up in total darkness.

the staff are great, the views are amazing and the tranquility is a fantastic way to find some balance after a few days in Marrakesh

we are spoiled rotten by Serta pillowtop mattresses so sleeping was a bit challenging but a small price to pay for the amazing hospitality. location outside of Ouarzazete allows amazing views of the night skies without light pollution 🙏👍

Enjoy luxury

Very beautiful and quiet location/landscape. Good food. Very pleasant service and very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The most wonderful people

Christian and his team were unforgettable! Thank you for making us feel most welcome, a fantastic dinner we’ll fondly remember, and poking fun at us for enjoying the pool in February. This was a calm oasis after crazy days in Marrakech and would recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet to enjoy a good sunset.

A lakeside getaway, little French island in Morocco

We loved the location – such a tranquill spot with stunning lake views and a great place to relax near the pool! The French owner is charming and welcoming, he met us like old friends and it is evident that all the staff is like a family. The room was also much bigger than average, and we enjoyed the breakfast served in a separate tent-like room outside. This was only a one night stay for us, but definitely a palce I could come back to for a lazy week in the summer!
