The location.

Getting the keys for the apartment wasn't easy. The doorman who doesn't speak 1 word in English told us we weren't in the right place and we were about to leave until Oscar showed up last minute and gave us the digital key. The carpet was dirty and very dusty. They have to change it. Not enough pillows neither covers or towels knowing that we were a family of 4 members. I asked for more but they refused to provide more.

Awesome location (and metro entrance in front of the building) Comfort in general Beds Excellent Air Conditioning (way better than regular AC unit blowing air against you) Well equipped

Chopping board with residues of previous meal. Noise from the street (not great not terrible) Confusion with the check in (although it was done prior to the arrival, I have received another reminder during the stay to do the check in otherwise my key will be deactivated and the provided link contained somebody else's data including portion of his credit card, document number, birthday).

Evin konumu ve daire içindeki bütün imkanlar harikaydı. Kesilikle öneririm
