Property is clean and provided a very comfortable stay. It is in an excellent location, situated close to public transportation and within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants.
The property lacks luggage storage options for guests arriving before check-in.
Receiving the check-in details just six minutes before arrival causes unnecessary stress.

The flat was nice and clean.
Check-in and check-out processes were handled very poorly. They told us to be at the place exactly at 3 pm for check-in since they don't have a reception and we had to pay extra for late check-in. So far fair enough. So I hurried to be there at 3 pm and I found that they left the key to a café. If this was possible, why did they make me hurry. For the check-out they sent a message the day before the check-out and they told we need to leave the flat by 9 am even though it said 10 am in the booking confirmation. When I pointed that out, they said they would "allow" us to stay until 10 am.
