Located in Felanitx, Mallorca, this luxurious 380 m² country house welcomes you with space for up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features gas and induction hobs, oven, steam cooker, and coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, underfloor heating in all bathrooms, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace are at your disposal. Additional amenities include a private sauna for up to 3 people, 2 baby cots, 2 highchairs, and beach towels.



Outdoors, enjoy a private garden with a covered terrace and 4 open terraces. The private saltwater pool is about 15 x 5 m with a depth of 1.5–2.1 m, naturally heated by the sun and maintained with chlorine tablets. An outdoor shower and shared fitness equipment are also available.



You have access to 5 shared parking spaces and a shared charging station for electric cars. One pet is allowed on request. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Self check-in is possible.



The property is in a private, gated residential area above Portocolom, accessed via a secure gate. As the last house on the hillside, you enjoy privacy with no direct neighbors. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out regularly (usually Mondays, Fridays, or Saturdays) by staff with their own access. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Please dispose of all rubbish before departure and leave at least one full gas bottle for the barbecue and heaters.
