This stylish property is located in one of the most exclusive estates along the Costa del Sol - Estepona Hills! The apartment has 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge area that leads to a large terrace with an incredible sea view. The complex has two large pools, a restaurant & cafe. There`s fantastic gym facilities & tennis courts.
The first-floor apartment has 3 large double bedrooms & 3 modern bathrooms – comfortably sleeping 6 people.
The Master bedroom is en suite and has direct access to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms have a double bed with separate bathrooms immediately next door. All bedrooms have ample storage & amenities.
The spacious open plan living and dining room flows perfectly to the large outdoor seating areas on the balcony. The balcony has a fantastic view over the town of Estepona and the sea.
