The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. There is also a small breakfast table, ideal for coffee or casual meals. From the living room, sliding glass doors lead to the enclosed terrace.

The terrace is incorporated into the apartment and enclosed with glass curtains. It has a dining table and an additional seating area, with corner views towards El Corte Inglés and the nearby roundabout.

The master bedroom has a 180 cm bed, an ensuite bathroom, an open wardrobe area, and direct access to the terrace.

Keys
Guests are responsible for all keys provided during their stay. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee.

Registered Guests
Only guests included in the reservation and registered prior to arrival are permitted on the property.

Community Pool Rules
· There is no lifeguard on duty. In case of emergency, call 112.
· Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
· Guests must shower before entering the pool and wear appropriate swimwear.
· Glass, food, drinks, pets, music, balls, and large inflatables are not permitted in the pool area.
· Sun loungers are communal and may not be reserved.
· Guests must follow all posted community pool rules.
