Clean and accessible for what we needed. Family had room enough to sleep with small kids. It was affordable and well within our expectations.
Lack of common area due to it being used as bedroom. Accessibility down to lower level was ok for us but worrisome with any mobility issues. Cats in the area leave an unpleasant odor. Overground not remotely reliable which is its primary access into London. I wouldn't blame management for these things though.

The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. Beds were really comfy and we enjoyed our stay, Check in instructions were super clear and communication was friendly. Very good price for the location! I'd stay here again
