The marina is located on Île des Marinas, which is secured by a gate and offers access to a private beach. A private parking space allows you to park right in front of the marina. The bedding and furniture were updated this year for added comfort.

The master bedroom features a 140-cm bed with a memory foam mattress topper. In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a 140 cm bed on the bottom, a 90 cm bed on top, and a 90 cm pull-out bed. This room also includes a reading area and a work area with a monitor, HDMI cable, and a view of the marina. Also available are a travel crib, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

On the first floor, the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, baby dish set, and booster seat...) is located just before the main living area. The living room features a sleeper sofa with a 160 cm bed, a 32-inch HD TV with a streaming box, a DVD player... and flows into the dining room, located in the sunroom with a view of the terrace and the marina.

On the terrace, you’ll find a stone barbecue, patio furniture, and direct access to the peninsula’s marina.
You’ll enjoy the peaceful surroundings while still being close to everything.
A 7-minute walk takes you to the shops and restaurants in the harbor center; a 10-minute walk takes you to the Île des Loisirs and Cap d’Agde’s largest fine-sand beach; Richelieu Beach is a 15-minute walk away.
A 2-minute walk from the marina, you’ll find a grocery store that doubles as a bakery and offers homemade pizzas and snacks, as well as a newsstand, beach gear, and—every Saturday—Cap d’Agde’s largest market in the Gévaudan parking lot.
