Although the person we called was very helpful and cheerful, we had difficulties communicating in English. You say on your website that your staff speak English… I believe you do not have a good communication between the Booking team and the team in the apartment reception. They didnt give us a room we paid for (bath, 4 beds) as they did not know about it. We had to spend the first night in another room with a disgusting shower. We also had to wait over an hour long to get towels and bedding as nobody was present… Due to the problems we experienced and the time we lost the following day to move our stuff, we requested a refund for 2 nights, ei 33% of the whole price. It was not approved, they say we were given check-in instuctions (not true). To make myself clear, the staff was kind and did their best to help, however nobody was available when we arrived and the waiting time for towels and bedding sheets was too long, no communication between the team, this is not what we expected from a 3 star property … no communication regarding refund still
