Apartment for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms (a bed of 1:60 cms and 4 beds of 90 cms , 2 complete bathrooms (bathtub and shower) and a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher.
The apartment is fully equipped: towels, beach towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils, washing machine, air aconditioner, TV in the living room 50" and in one of the bedrooms 32", Wifi, parking etc. The apartment also has a terrace-solarium of 25 mts.
Apartamento para 6 personas con 3 habitaciones (Habitación 1. una cama de 1:60 cm. habitación 2 ; camas de 90 cms habitación 3 ; camas de 90 cm 2 baños completos (bañera y ducha) y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas , pequeños electrodomésticos y menaje.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado: toallas, toallas de playa, sábanas, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo TV en la sala de estar de 50 "y en una de las habitaciones de 32", Wifi, estacionamiento, etc. El apartamento también tiene una terraza. -solarium de 25 mts.

Is a gated complex with private security 24 hours/day.It has common spaces ideal for having a relaxing time.It has 2 big pools with 1 of them being climatized as well as 2 more pools specifically made for kids .

Pools were nice. Could do with a little touching up tho.The apartment was nice with good rooms, although the middle room wasn't really a good bedroom for 2 people, fine for one. But when opened up to a double was very uncomfortable. The bathroom between the 2 rooms (jack & Jill bathroom) needed a lot of work, the shower tray felt like you would break it if you stood in the middle, there were cable ties holding the shower together and also no locks on the bathroom doors either side which made it difficult to know if anyone was in there already. In that bathroom too the toilet flush was very noisy.There could also have been more spoons and mugs in the kitchen as there wasn't enough for all 6 of us as soon as you used one and put it in the dishwasher. We ran out constantly.Quite a few cockroaches when we were there. Probably killed 2 every day.The outside space was lovely however quite a few people were walking past all the time which made it not very private.Noisy too, heard everything upstairs with people moving chairs around and heard next doors washing machine at around 2am sometimes.Overall the apartment was lovely but could do with fixing a few things. Then it would be a very nice holiday house.We did have a nice time but could have been better.

Beautiful setting and everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The apartment needs some minor cosmetic touching up but nothing that caused an issue. Abraham was quick to respond if we needed anything and we found the complex quiet and the pool wasnt crowded. Would recommend eating at Atelier in the Rosa Centre and also Mumbai Massala. Highly recommemded

Beautiful residence. Apartment OK but the water heater is too small (not much hot water for shower) and the vitroceramic hob of the kitchen is not working very well (difficult to boil water for cooking pasta). Apart from that, everything was OK. The flat was clean and time respected. Thanks.
