it’s location and it was very clean and accommodating.

the price was a little high for a 2 night stay, if they through something like a continental breakfast in then it would be reasonable for the price. But it was a good establishment.

Very friendly staff and love the location. We were staying with Richmond accent inn, but we'll be staying at burnaby location from now on. Felt very safe having my kids there.

Expectations were met all in all I would be back to stay again.

It is not an Inn by 'inny' standard. Rooms are large, well lit and well furnished, there is a microwave, kettle and coffee maker in the room alongwith a mini fridge and a 50 inch smart TV. Rates are very reasonable and this place is within walking distance of number of restaurants

Garden & landscaping is amazing! Total Florida vibes! Grounds and general areas, including rooms are super clean. Staff are friendly and helpful! Mini fridge actually kept things cold, and there are full sized soap, shampoo/conditioner for your use. Large screen TV and ample storage!

A little over priced considering the location - there’s not much around/walking distance. You could easily hear patrons talking outside/slamming doors and kids running around which wasn’t great. Bathroom set up in our room was super strange - tub and toilet were basically in a closet. Not the easiest to access if you’re large people like we are. Netflix selections were all in Spanish - couldn’t figure out how to change it haha and there wasn’t any extra blankets in the room. (Maybe not something they do)

Great Hotel, but we left a light ring, that we couldn't recover anymore. We asked for help, but the answer was "we already check the room, and there's nothing inside".
