Breakfast very limited choice. Only one elevator working.

Terrible front desk staff. Can’t speak proper English and on three separate bookings at this location , credit card authorization forms were lost and guests could not check in. I was not happy , this is not the first time this happened at this location.

the hotel is starting to look like it’s not getting updates. feels a little uncared for.

Location was in close proximity to shopping areas but not too close. It provided a peaceful, quiet environment.

There was no porter service. So you had to take the trolley, load your luggage unto it and push it yourself.

The property was very well kept, clean and signs posted where ever necessary. I loved that there was an executive lounge on the 6th floor as well. made it quite convenient for breakfast coffee and snacks.

There really is nothing that I didn’t like.

The breakfast was very nice and helpful. The same goes for the staff at the reception and the shuttle. The bed was alright. The carpet in the room, and in the lobby, needed to be changed. Some new furniture in the room would improve its condition. I didn't use the pool.

The hotel had a worn out, old, and unclean look. Paints at most of the doors was coming out and small cracks were visible. The lift was grossly unclean and painfully slow.

Gym was quiet and easy to access. Staff in the restaurant were extremely accommodating and pleasant, even making sure my morning cold oats were made extra-special, although I would recommend them just as they are.

One treadmill wasn't working - but there were others that were.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The bed was amazing!

The Wi-Fi in the room was not very consistent and the connection would often be dropped. I mentioned this to the front desk staff at check out.

location and comfort

lack of security inside the facility. it was difficult to enjoy the hot tub as there was a family with 5 children very young children that did not supervise their children that were jumping into the hot tub. these children were only 3-5 years old. no parental supervision. this made it difficult to enjoy as their behaviour in that area was very unsafe( running along the partition wall between the pool and hot tub). I understand it does not have a life guard and one would not be ordinarily justified but perhaps security making a trip through the area periodically.

I like that the staff was very accommodating and kind. Irene (Filipina) demonstrated such excellent customer service. She was warm and kind to my parents because they arrived earlier than we do, and Irene made sure that they're comfortable while contacted me to inform that they have arrived.

It would have been really nice if the pool hours start earlier in the morning because when they opened it at 8am, they still were cleaning the pool and my parents waited for about 30 minutes. Then, because they staff just put chlorine and asked the guests to wait for another 30 mins, my parents just went back to their room. It was a bit disappointing because one reason why we chose the location was for the pool. Other than that, everything's good.
