If there is assigned parking it will be much easier.

Lots of Room, Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms.

Hot, No A/C. Little bit noisy do to location beside Railway tracks.

There was a hunk of dirty matter on the wall and the unity smelled like wet dog.

The pillows were thick and hard, and the warm water ran out fast for 4 people.

The location is perfect, my kids like to see the train, and place was very comfortable.

The key process could be simplified by having automated keys

Nice place the only problem is too hot.

loved the easy check in and out, no need to see or talk to any staff at all.

upstairs neighbors a bit noisy (kids running around).

The code to the lock box did not work. Had to contact someone to help us get our keys. The bed in the second bedroom was a small double - would prefer a queen sized bed. There was two key rings for the room but a key was missing on one of the rings so only had one key.

Mountain views. Apartment style room.

Neighbors were the loudest neighbors I've ever experienced. They stomped and yelled a bunch. Then at 2am they randomly started opening and closing cupboards. Their kitchen happened to be above our bedroom. Also, you could tell the cleaners do the bare minimum..there is mold growing on the bathroom mirror caulking, disney princess stickers left on a wall, cheeze it's were under the main bed, spare pillows had what seemed to be blood on it. I took pictures and plan on posting them with a full review.

Comfortable and clean with easy check in and good location. Would recommend.

I liked that we could pick up the key’s easily. And that an email was sent to let us know if the items in the kitchen which would not be there. Rocky Mountain Soap in bathroom was great too!

I had a hard time using the code to get the keys. The train is loud.

No email mentioned the key on the lock box It is better mention it with the password of lock into the email.

Our suite was a good size with two comfortable beds. Location was excellent with good walking access to Canmore. The kitchen had everything we needed except a baking sheet which we bought with groceries.

Not much at all to improve on for the price we paid.
