Didn't like the toilet seat its way too small and its like sitting on floor its too low in hieght

The check in started a little bad but the desk clerk made it better quick. As I had requested an early check in and the property had not been aware. After a short discussion the clerk upgraded us to a bigger room at no cost so that they were able to accommodate an early check in.

Nice king size bed, room was nice size.
We were given the wrong room, and had to go back to correct that. Our room was not cleaned after our first nights stay. We specifically booked there because of the hot tub and when we went in it was just barely warm there were no towels in the pool are and had to go and get some. The exterior grounds were dirty and not well kept. We were approached for money by a street person outside. Over all in my opinion not a good experience.

Myself and children have the holiday inn as our number one hotel to stay every 3 to 4 months the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable and nice and big enough for us and the pool never has me worried because it’s just the right size for my kids and that is excellent for a mother who worries a lot about her growing babies if you have a big family like I do then a family suite is just perfect and or the king suite with the spa bath is also great
The rooms could have been a bit more sound proof but it really didn’t bother us but I have children who stay awake late on weekends and they can get a little loud other than that I’d still rate holiday inn the best place to stay
