It was close to airport.

No AC in my first room so was upgraded to a suite. Toilet did not work, pot lights would not shut off but flutter off and on, grunge in the shower.

Location and shuttle

We have been staying at this location on route to our vacation destinations for the past 5 or 6 years, because we come from the far north, we often have additional baggage which previously we have been able to leave behind at no cost. On this occasion we were charged $5 per day for 21 days to leave behind a small duffel bag with our Winter coats. We will not stay at this location again unless we are reimbursed and the policy changes. No discounts are offered for senior citizens, RCMP members or decorated veterans. Poor show.

The staff were great

Impossible to shower as water was scalding hot and you couldn't adjust TV was unplugged from the back. Found previous persons juice bottle under the chair when I moved it

The staff were very good .The location was ideal and the room very comfortable .

At check in the staff member was yawning, he clearly did not really want to be there. It was not an inviting experience.

Location and parking are close to airport

I asked not to be in a ground floor room and was given one. When I asked to be put in another room they would not accommodate me.

Communication Shuttle bus pulled into the airport and then pulled away while myself and another lady were putting ours bags at the back, called the hotel 5 times to see if there was a problem, no answer, Front desk was chaotic, people were being served out of sequence, definitely not first come first serve Got a chit for the 7 am shuttle, and then was advised by the driver there might not be room, fortunately I was able to get on, but what’s the point of booking, definitely not the way to start your morning
