A very nice hotel with great facilities.
Our double room was exceptionally spacious.

Location, good coffee, great breakfast, parking
When I checked in, I was charged $100.00 more than Booking.com confirmed in my reservation. When I asked for an invoice, the clerk denied me, said I have to go through Booking.com. In the FAQ, it states that the property is to give me one.
When asked why again regarding the extra, he said in 5 days that I should receive a correction, then added that it was for incidentals. We will see. Nothing like that was mentioned initially on check-in or in FYI in the reservation

Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Hotel location is not great. There is no view from room and not good option for breakfast foods. Very limited choice of food.

The location, there’s no parking and the road is closed in front of the hotel.

The location is very central for what I needed to do and they provided me with a very large room with a good desk. It had a nice modern bathroom with a great shower head.
The decor is a bit dated and the colour schemes are ... interesting ... at best.

The breakfast was okay. Not too many options, they were out of the pancake mixture.
The rooms are small.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was just okay. The hairdryer exploded and was smoking when I tried to use it.

The gentleman on the evening shift wasn’t really that friendly and helpful when asked for certain things like shampoo and stuff.

The bed was as expected
Booking.com falsely advertised the room I rented according to holiday Inn because I booked an executive suite with a jet tub and another bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet and my evening was ruined with only having a shower in one room and a toilet in another room with no option to fix the situation from the hotel.

Decent hotel but, since we were travelling from Toronto and stayed in few Holiday Inn this one was the older one. It is very well located, close to restaurants and parks. Good breakfast
You could tell it is old and needs renovations. the room is dark and you cannot see from the window in the room.

Staff was nice they are treated me well we're always trying and place to clean bed with a coffee and the shower had good water I'm sure Andy lots of heat.
The only thing I saw I can use this uh blue uh maybe uh it's on and I'll respond to my garden at hot top it's on it's some kind of deal that you can do
