Breakfast was in a boarddroom not a restaurant as restaurant is being redone. For a place called the Crown plaza for the $$ of the room this breakfast was below average..

We we're there for a staff party and enjoyed not having to leave the building, therefore more enjoyment at the bar. We both slept wonderful. We had a nice view of the Avenir from 805, next will be 811.
I didn't like that I didn't eat at the restaurant.

nice place. We had a room with jacuzzi. Was nice and clean. Too bad the hurricane was there and they had to close the kitchen, but room service worked nice.

The room was nice. The sauna and steam room were very good.
They made us pay for parking (an extra $12 a day). Windows in the room didn't open.

Really, nothing.
The parking was far. To get to front desk be ready to carry your luggage up approx 10 steps, the room was filthy, garbage had a floss pick in it, my wife stepped on a pill, windows filthy with mold in them! Not to mention we were 10 feet away from elevator door which was noisy. We slept if lucky, 2 hours all night.

I did not get what I asked for. Wifi was not good in the room, and the sink was clogging.
The pool and hot tub need cleaning. Do not book through 3rd party or you risk getting the worst rooms available.

Jessica in the T-bone restaurant was probably the sweetest, nicest, coolest server I've ever dealt with. I'd go back just for her!

The breakfast was good....confusion as to if it was included in the price of room. It was, so it was all good. The wait staff was excellent and very attentive.
Front desk staff was very nice.
The room was clean and comfortable, lots of charging ports next to the bed.
Appreciated the late check out.
Hockey tournament staying hotel. The pool area was an absolute disaster. Kids racing through the hallways late at night. I get it. Been there, but maybe offer a discount for others staying for the inconvenience?
It was an expensive room. No bathtub in the room was disappointing, but the shower was nice. No fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and the staff was warm when greeting us. We stayed with a baby and two dogs and the staff were great with my dogs and child. Overall a family friendly and amazingly designed facility. We enjoyed the pool and steam room available.
The loud neighbors we had, may do the Hotel some good in even having a night watch person walking floors to correct rowdy teens who are staying with poorly supervising parents.
