Room was great Staff Exceptional Clean Quiet Good breakfast

Perfect base for a stay in Gravenhurst, right by the lake and at the end of the lakeside boardwalk. Large suite which meant plenty of room for our 17 year old daughter on the sofa bed in the sitting room. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the breakfasts and we enjoyed having the pool and gym available (some of us made more use of these than others!) Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Breakfast was EXTREMELY disappointing. Arriving at dining room 30 minutes before the end of breakfast there was ZERO coffee, bagels, muffins, danishes, yogurt, pancakes ... I stopped at a Tims on the way home. When I shared this experience with the manager, her initial response was "thanks for bringing this to my attention "
