The host/ concierge was very polite and kind . The location was close to our event .

Our shower filled up, I was standing in water to my ankles. Ew ! And so was our partner in their room. Our toilet barely flushed. Our carpet was moist. Again ew !

Location is great, everything you would need is right there, and the rooms were clean.

Our room's heating system was not working properly -- the heat either ran nonstop or we had to manually turn it off, which made for a very difficult night sleeping comfortably. We woke up several times as a result. This is likely specific to the room we stayed at, but, in general, the hotel is looking a bit dated and could be up for renovation / more care for these types of things.

Customer service, she was very professional and helpful she had the best attitude and answered all my questions, very friendly!

GIRL! I know how it seems online looks like a beautiful hotel and seems like a great location. When we checked in the hotel is VERY small the lobby literally fits like 4 people tops. You have to pay for parking WHICH IS LIMITED!! So this means even if you paid to stay at the hotel does not mean you’ll get a parking spot. The elevators are SMALL and slow. Our rooms was a long but the bedroom it’s self was very small. The walls and ceilings were bubbled up from moisture I’m guessing. I the ceiling was legit peelings. The frames on the wall were tilted and literally falling off the wall from how bubbled up the wall was. Smelt like mildew.. and the A/C was full of mold. I was scared to stay in the room so we ended up switching our room to a double queen. We thought that a new room would be fine. We were wrong. The new room also had mold in the A/C and the walls were peeling. It was just not worth the money we paid usually the holiday inns are a more affordable hotel but I guess the time we went the prices were up for 2 nights we paid about $500 after tax. I really did not want to stay here the hallways smelled really bad. the location personally was not good. traffic is so bad it took 40 minutes to actually get to downtown DC. We ended up getting our money back and staying somewhere else for that price. Staff was very nice though. Just a run down hotel that they slapped a holiday inn sign on :(
