L'emplacement et ma demande pour être proche de nos amis à été fait ,lit confortable. Spa , piscine très agréable température idéale. Et nous avons pu arriver à 2h00 au lieu de 4 h

Pas de frigidaire dans notre chambre en 2023 c'est ordinaire et cheap pour une chambre à 235$ et même que nos amis en avais pas dans la chambre deluxe , les tapis gondoles dans les chambre et on une apparence assez douteuse j'ai même pas enlever mes souliers , a l'arrivée mon conjoint voulais payer en argent la réception nous a offert de payer à la sortie et il on quand-même réservé le montant sur ma carte plus le dépôt qui a monter à 286 $sans avertissement. Je m'attendais à une coche de plus pour les chambres les photo me son pas représentative.

Our stay was great, very comfortable.

Was a bit different having the shower in the open in the room. Thankfully, it was just my spouse and I this time without the kiddos 😳 lol. Also, a little note or something in the room and/or hallways to indicate where ice, laundry, pool, etc, were located would be helpful. (I didn't notice the markings in the elevator until after asking 🤦‍♀️)

Pillows were to flat and mattress too hard for my opinion No one carries your luggage Cleaning service is not offered daily but if you want an extra towel the front desk provides that

location and the condition of the rooms at check in.

Front desk staff lack of responsibility, low attentiveness, poor training to customers needs. poor manners. less courteous.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful and efficient.

Room view was fair. No buffet breakfast was offered.
