Clean and easy to find what you need.
The swimming pool is not big enough to accommodate a larger number of people.

Wow....I have traveled a lot. I am a Retired Hotel Front Desk Manager. I would Highly recommend this location and Hotel to anybody. It will be an Amazing memory I will never forget. The Night Audit Lady went beyond the call of service. They are blessed to have her.

Room is not serviced/ no housekeeping everyday. This was not mentioned to us. I was hoping for the tea and coffee sachets in the room to be restocked as we had to leave at 7am the following day.

I like the room setup. It has a desk and lamp for light office work. I can put my laptop on the desk to do some work online.

The back entrance, there was a uneven step, my spouse tripped and fell, resulting in a broken foot.

Conviniently located outside Toronto. Only 20 min to downtown and the airport. Lot‘s of restaurants around.
Black long hair all over the room after cleaning staff was making the room.

The hotel is nice. The front desk staff so very friendly. We were very happy when we get there until I was going to use the shower towel. There a piece of short hair stick on it... Then next morning a mother long golden hair been fine on the bed sheets...
If everything was actually clean it would be much better
