A great location for a week of walking to see bands play throughout Kingston. Bed is comfortable, amenities are pleasant, staff are great and very helpful.

Rooms were spacious enough as well as bathrooms. A retro 70's look but tasteful.

When we put the mat down to have a shower and then placed it back up on the tub to dry all kinds of long dark hair was in the tub (gross and not ours). Very noisy from others outside at early hours

Croissants and coffee machine in the office were great! Staff was super friendly and helpful too

it is old and not well maintained. the sheets are worn out and should be replaced. it is not “hotel” clean. overpriced for what you get

the property was very clean and recently updated. very central and a good price

we arrived and were placed in a room with a non working toilet, when we told the front desk they had “forgot” the room was out of service and we had to move. when we went to crawl into bed that night we noticed there was only a sheet on the bed and no blanket, when we went to the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do if a blanket wasn’t in the room someone must have stole it and the housekeeping staff didn’t notice. sue to the front desk telling us there was nothing he could do we had to get out of bed and go to Walmart and spend our own money on a blanket just so we could sleep

The front desk clerk was amazing his name was Hart he was so helpful and answered all our questions.

I really loved the fact the premises were very clean ...smelled clean too! No odor of mold, humidity nor cigarette!

The premises on the OUTSIDE need to be renovated to a more modern look for the price ! We are paying over 200 dollars for a room! The surroundings maybe are a bit disappointing , but unfortunately I understand you can t do much about that!
