Book thru booking and they couldn't find my reservation. After 30 minute, they said that my reservation is only for 1 room but i showed them the confirmation and it clearly stated that 1 night and 2 rooms. We were there for the funeral service and running late from waiting to check in. They gave me second room and charged us for two rooms which I already prepaid in full with Booking.com. Very bad experience.

It was a perfect location for the comedy club I had tickets to. The staff were all very professional and nice! The room was very clean.

The property is beautiful, clean luxurious

Parking was horrible, paid $20 each day and if you come back late there was barely any parking. Hotel needs updating, beds are too low. Breakfast should be free.

Location was handy to Interstate 95 and that's about it. But reaching the highway on our departure wasn't nearly as easy as we hoped or expected.

The room was surprisingly small, not just overall but also in terms of space to put things. We realize the vast majority of people staying here (a downtown office-dominated location) are probably solo business travelers who won't need space for 2 people's luggage, but in our case (2 people) it felt quite crowded. And the room price seemed quite high given that defect.
