Good unit, location, but not in great shape initially.

The unit was well-laid out and lots of amenities: dishwasher and dish soap etc.

The tv in the living room didn't work, had to get maintenance man to resolve. He fixed some but not all of the issues, had to bring in another maintenance guy to complete. Wasted over an hour with this, then find out from them that there's been problems with the tv for awhile. We think it should have been replaced instead of having to be worked on multiple times!

there were too many stair to get to the unit. it was hard considering we had 3 older people one with a cane to walk down steep stairs to the unit.

Peaceful, restful, relaxing, and enjoyable!

Actually, everything went well from the moment I received my first email confirming my booking. It was seamless. I must say that the young lady who met us, Katelynn (SP and sorry if I misspelled it) was not only genuinely friendly and professional, but also most accommodating. She had everything easy for us: room keys, map of our room, details on the wireless password, parking area, local restaurants, and answered every question with such a friendly manner. One never felt as if we were just another guest. Everyone in my group was made to not only feel welcomed, but also special and valued. The suite was spotless, everything one would want was there. All the linens were neatly stored and fresh. Bathrooms and showers were clean along with all the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were on par with the rest of the property. This property is situated in a quiet zone within walking distance to the center plaza and other points of interest including restaurants and shopping spot. Great place to stay. If in doubt about reserving a suite, don’t, you won’t regret it.

Great location and view, but if you want a hot tub book elsewhere.

The view was excellent and the area placed us in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

The pool was not operational during our week long stay. Even worse were the hours the pool/hot tub were open. Open at 9 am and closed at 6 pm. This time frame is when all the sight seeing and traveling takes place. Does not allow for an early morning soak. The indoor pool/hot tub was the main reason for booking at this location.

Both being senior citizens, we found the property very difficult to maneuver. There were too many up and down stairs to suit us especially with all the luggage that we were traveling with. It was a work-out both coming and going from our unit. The description of the property did not reveal that. We would have to forego booking this property again.

We took advantage of the trail across the street to access downtown Santa Fe, which was so nice.

Benji at the front desk accommodated our request for an early check-in..

I did see a bug on the first kleenex I pulled out of the box in the bathroom, unit 51

Poor

The pool closed early and the hot tub was broken. There was no mention of winter hrs on the website. The hot tub was the main reason for picking the property. The toilet ran constantly. Did not like that there was no staff available after 6. Would not recommend it

The 3 bedroom apartment had everything you need. They had a shuttle car to take you to the square or it was only a 10 minute walk.

I love Fort Marcy Suites, and will stay here again.

I enjoy the location and easy parking and walking to the square. I also love having a kitchen, and dining room, so we could eat at the condo, instead of going out for every meal. The Santa Fe style furnishings are wonderful.

The WiFi was too slow to even use. I measured it at 24mbps, and a typical home has 100mbps. The price for a 2 bedroom condo was almost double what it was last time I was there in 2019.

Very disappointing, first time to Santa Fe to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

Location

First unit was dirty, outdated and very uncomfortable. Absolutely nothing like the pics of the condos, very, very disappointing. Second unit was more comfortable and clean but a/c didn’t work. Pool was dirty, literally had a dirt ring around the pool on the tile. Location was good and grounds were okay, could’ve been kept nicer. I was shocked and what we paid for what we got, never again and will not recommend. We were inconvenienced having to unpack and re-pack and unpack again, up abc down lots of stairs. Victoria was accommodating but housekeeping left out before 5 p.m and we were asked to change the dirty sheets, the bed was dirty full of hair (I took pics) the sheets were not changed from the occupants before my husband and I. The bathroom/shower was gross, full of mold in the grout (I took pics) the floor was dirty…my socks were black after walking around in the unit for an hour.

Very nice option for people looking for comfort and relaxing in a room more than ammenities

This hotel was too nice for our purposes (1 day stay while visiting Santa Fe along a road trip.) The room was a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Staff were also friendly and helpful. If I were staying in Santa Fe for several days I'd definitely consider coming back here.

Pool was not very appealing and had very short hours. No exercise facilities. Price was high for a place to sleep for one night, though we did offset that a bit by getting some groceries and making our own dinner

Very quiet location close to sightseeing & shopping

The proximity to sightseen in town was absolutely perfect. It was very quiet in the complex and was relatively comfortable.

The beds were very uncomfortable including the king and the 2 twin beds. One of the party slept on the couch as it was more comfortable. Housekeeping began trying to get us out out of the property an hour before check out time. Our keys were also not working approximately 2 hours before check out time. All in all the value was terrible. For the cost of the stay and the attempts to run us out early and prior to check out time, I would probably not stay there again.

Overall it is a beautiful place very comfortable and nice to stay with the family.

Everything was great. I like that they have kitchen, living room, table. Wonderful view.

I did not like that some of the furniture was broken. Also, that we did not get a housekeeper everyday. We needed to take care of our own trash and linen.

Great location and staff

I loved the views and the location near the plaza and activities in Santa Fe.

The water pressure in both showers were not great. The guest bathroom’s shower didn’t have much space and the water pressure was terrible. The master shower was bigger but didn’t have a door so it got cold in there with low water pressure which wasn’t a great combination.

The main room and the kitchen didn't have adequate lighting; three way lamps in living room and main bedroom only had one way bulbs;
