The scenery.

Unit was filthy. Stained bedsheets, Tv's never worked, furniture was so stained you didn't want to sit on it, some chairs broken, and broken lamp hanging over couch dangerous. Dropped ice on floor wiped it up filthy. Bathroom toilet ran all the time couldn't sleep. Could not relax had to wash everything down, including dishware. Have pics to share. This unit need an overhaul, and deep cleaning by professionals.

The location was perfect. We only had to park once and everything was in walking distance. The views from the condo were exceptional. The corner unit was a bonus as we could open sliding doors for added ventilation. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a nice touch.

The building is quite old, therefore, some repairs are in order. The roll up blinds were old and off the track, so we had to manually roll them up. The bathroom door in the master bedroom opened in instead of out, making it a tight squeeze to enter. It was nice to have a parking garage, but the parking spaces are very small and tight. We have a truck, which barely fit, so it was nice not to have to move it often.

Dirty. SMELLS AWFUL. The bedroom smells are because the bedspread and the decorative pillows have obviously not been cleaned in YEARS. There was a silverfish in the bathroom commode tank. The furniture was “thrift shop quality” at best. The coffee table is broken. The place hasn’t been painted in years. The living room armchairs are old, dirty, and musty-smelling. There is NOTHING to recommend this unit (1107) other than the ocean. My family were in a different unit. It was clean, well-appointed, and recently refreshed. Based on my family’s experience, I will consider coming to this building again, but NOT in 1107. UGH!

huge apartment. When I booked this property, I asked for the highest floor that would be possible, and this request was fulfilled. I am very grateful for that. The kitchen was all filled with crockery, which is very good. We were lucky and had a corner room. The ocean view is super. I enjoyed it. Thank you, we will stay with you again.

the building was built a long time ago and needs renovation. And a little better to clean the rooms. As soon as we moved in, I washed the toilet bowls and the window in the children's room, because there was a layer of dirt on the mesh. and I washed the dishes.

Location

Our unit was worn, old and didn’t seem really clean. Considering the amount I paid, it wasn’t reflected in our unit.

The location was excellent especially for being both next to the beach and close to restaurants and bars.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t provide enough towels while we stayed there, that’s because their policy says that you need to be there 5 nights or longer to get new linens and towels.

Location was amaze ! Room was very comfortable, spacious and view was killer . Great for our family of 3. Check in was super easy and the evening security guard was really nice and did a great job !

I tried to call the front desk and before I could ask my question the lady cut me off and asked what property and then abruptly transferred me. The person who answered didn't even let me finish my question about parking before saying the desk isn't open and to call back. This was after 9 am. The other issue was the unit across from us was apparently undergoing renovation. I heard banging and drilling nonstop from 830 am until well after 6 pm each day of the trip.
