Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed.
I couldn't get the TV to come on, and the remote control was greasy.

The staff the gentleman really nice the sister is rude and nasty.

Bed was comfortable
Wash cloths were very dirty and stained. Pool was not accessible when noted, no continental breakfast as advertised, bugs and ants in the bathroom, the bar of soap that was left in the bathroom had a bite taken out of it by a mouse. Ac was so loud it could not be used. Room smelt very musty, but I think that is due to the ac before we got there. Was window, outdoor check-in, very non personable. Would not allow for my Mom's credit card without entering a pin number

The owners were very hospitable. We only got to stay 1 nite but location and price were very reasonable. Very clean

Nothing. From the beginning did not get 2nd floor room I booked. Pool was closed. Lobby was locked so had to wait in extreme heat for long checkin. Then card key did not work so had to go back
Everything, terrible customer service. Waiting outside, long time to check in, key card didn't work, pool closed. Worst of all was horrible smelling room even after turning on a/c for 4 hours I was nauseous from smell.

3 pillows on a kingsize bed. Management could not spare any more.
Shower did not turn on properly, and leaked all night.

Improve the bathroom pluming. Improve the electrical system, and better vending system.
