Excellent, friendly service, very nice rooms.

Pool, water could be cleaned more? Water seemed a bit dirty, swimming lessons, the pool should be for hotel guests. My kids loved the pool, but when lessons were there, they were asked kindly to stay on one side of pool, which is ok, but pool is much smaller than other hotel accommodation. Would be much nicer if the 25 percent off at whitespot was extended to at least 11am.

I loved the front desk staff that greeted me. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was so excited that we were there. They way he welcome me and my family was very sincere. He made me feel I booked at the right place. In the morning I called front desk to ask for an hour later check out and the gentleman that answered was pleasant on the phone and was happy to accommodate us. And during check out he was on point. He was dealing with a check out before me, helped me and assisted someone on the phone all within minutes without making me feel rushed out.

The entrance to and reception area was not very impressive. Felt more like a motel reception. But that was minimized moments after we were received such a warm sincere greeting from the gentleman at the front desk.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT HOWEVER LAST STAY GOT A LONG BLACK HAIR IN MY HAMBURGER, CANT GET PAST IT, DAM!

THE HAIR LOL! NO I LOVE THIS PLACE, THEY ARE A GOOD FIT WITH THE AMUSEMENT PARK NEXT DOOR, FUN FOR ALL.

The pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast was great. Great service. Quick check in. Discounted meals at white spot.

The room could have been cleaner. Found old food behind the dresser and the bathroom smelled and the floor was dirty. Could not bolt the deadbolt.

Location, easy to get to, clean, friendly efficient staff

The room had a phone charger that you could charge any type of phone. This was great for me, as I had left my phone charger at home... The check in staff and check out staff, awesome! Next time I'm in the area, will stay again!!

Bathroom was dirty & blow dryer didnt work. Bed was not as comfortable as other stays there. I complained to staff when checking out about blow dryer & bathroom, he just said, oh sorry. Totally not concerned at all.
