L’emplacement dans Tadoussac à deux pas du ferry, la vue sur le Saint Laurent, la chambre bien équipée, le micro onde dans le couloir est un vrai plus!

location was amazing, beds were amazingly comfortable, it was clean and the staff were fantastic

we wouldn’t choose to stay at this time of year again! but it would be perfection in the warmer months. nothing in the town was open and it was hard to find food, we had to drive to the next town. nothing to do with this property though!

Service was very good.

Only one restaurant open for breakfast before 11h. Probably there was a good reason.

location was good and close to things we wanted to do. we arrived after reception had shut, so they left the key on the front door and we found where we were supposed to stay easily.

hotel rooms are a bit run down and they didn’t replace toilet paper the next day which meant we ran low as a group staying in the room. the bathroom was also quite rundown.

Comfortable room and beds.

Reception at check-in was very unfriendly and unhelpful. It took us some time to figure out how to find the room following the instructions (out and around the building). But the worst thing was the statement that there are no possibilities to get a meal in the town as the season is closed (19 October), we should get in the car and drive up to a mediocre pizzeria/burger place before even that closes.... After returning - we went for a walk into the town from the hotel and found several nice local restaurants, with nice menus, full with people. So sad as that was the only night we were in Tadoussac coming from overseas...

The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and small seating area and sliding door for outdoor fresh air. There were picnic benches and chairs next to the restaurant outdoor seating that you could enjoy the evening at or sit outside and eat takeout. Plenty of parking and close to the ferry between towns and main highways. Reception was very friendly. The restaurant was quite good (breakfast) but closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays which was inconvenient for prime summer vacation season. Located close enough to the main tourist area (10-15 min walk). Located next to cruise boat ticket office, restaurants, grocery, small gas station and a nice bakery and some local shopping.

Room smelled muggy, found a dead bug in one bed (however it is summer, this can happen). Short check-in times (3-6pm) which can be harder to meet when traveling from a great distance however, I believe arrangements could be made for a later time. Understanding there is limited accommodation availability in the area and that it is a high tourism area, it was the most expensive stay per night of our entire vacation and provided the least amenities, service and cleanliness.
