it was absolutely stunning !!! we had a view of the lake and it was breathtaking. it’s also close to downtown , maybe 5-10 mins depending where you wanna go in town. The pier is right next to hotel with a wonderful park as well !!

The elevator is super slow.

the location on the water was very nice. the room was spacious and clean.

the pillows are the cheap fibre filled and they make sleeping very sweaty. I stayed at another Prestige in Nelson BC and had the same problem.

The staff was so helpful - especially the young fellow on the night shift - a name like Liam?

The staff was very friendly and the food at the 1905 restaurant was great!

it was very basic and not really a resort property . the room and washroom was spacious but not luxurious like a resort

Proper breakfast available, not the usual self serve.

Single slow elevator

The room was beautiful! An easy walk to restaurants and shops. And the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice treat for a snowy night.

very clean, great location, comfortable we were able to check in early which was good.

really missed hotel offering coffee in the lobby like so many other hotels. Restaurant did not open in morning until 7:30 AM and had to get additional coffee packets at front desk in order to have a second cup in morning. We checked in early and would have been nice to get a drink or coffee at hotel but restaurants not open early The room was very dark, an extra ceiling light would be great

Staff in restaurant were amazing both for dinner and breakfast.

The pool was great, beds comfortable, room/building clean. Staff were amazing to deal with, front desk offered to bring up coloring supplies for my 4 year old daughter.

it was a nice property, location and view were good

Property was a little out of the way but not too bad. The hot water in our bathroom did not work also the heat in our room didn’t work. Restaurant was busy but there were seats available but we were turned away due to staffing issues.
