The staffs are helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I feel welcomed and enjoy my stay a lot. If I am in town, I will stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was good very clean dining room.

My room was next to the pool. Room 101 one night we try to get some rest we wanted to go to bed early but people in the pool were making so much noise. I believe it was around 10 PM. They finally quiet down. The next morning I told the receptionist at the front counter, Trish I believe was her name , but she didn’t seem to care.

checkout is not til noon yet the same housekeeper kept knocking to come clean early my husband had to ask her to come back after he checked out 3 times

Easy check in and accommodating staff- gave us a room away from the elevators.

Small, gravel dog area. After a long day of being in the car, it would have been nice to let the dogs run in a larger, fenced in grassy area.

my shower did not drain properly, only allowing for us to shower once

Everything was great but for older couples - it would be nice to have two chairs. Sitting on the bed or one of the cubes is not always desired.
