We loved everything!!! The room, the location, the restaurant, the food, everything exceeded our expectations! It was a lovely stay and we were even sad when we had to leave!

The floor in the toilet room was a little bit dirty, but everything else was amazing and really clean!

Good location. Convenient parking. Outstanding restaurant (both exquisite food and friendly staff). Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Room was rather small but more problematic was it was very noisy (room 204 just on the landing of the stairs and above the reception and kitchen). Staff in charge of housekeeping a wee bit rude, insisting on us vacating the room by 10:15 am although check-out time was set to be 11 am.

This hotel had done an exceptional job of altering their dining arrangements in response to the covid pandemic, by separating tables and traffic areas with glass walls, no doubt at considerable expense. The dinner was equally exceptional and the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. The inn is located in an older home, but the renovations (kitchen, front desk, bathrooms, etc) have all been done to a very high standard, the only limitations being room sizes, which are defined by the age of the building. I would happily stay here again were I in the area.
