Outdoor pool was closed (no water)

Our room had blood stains on the sheets we asked for new sheets and to have our room cleaned and they never did it but left a fitted sheet for us….. Our hallway was very dirty and our room had cobwebs and was not clean properly there was not even a roll of toilet paper on the holder when we arrived

Breakfast was just ok

Our room was ok size wise would have liked a queen bed better, pillows (pillows old and need to be replaced as you could smell body odor on them). The patio door was dirty and was in bad shape and hard to open and shut. The real let down was the shower if no tub there should be hoses women really need that to properly clean themselves especially when the water pressure was not good! Also the shower curtain rings were broken and tap leaked in sink, light out on lamp. Our door lock was giving us problems and we had to do it several times to get into our room each time! Air was not great the first night we were hot and no control over thermostat.

I liked the environment, location, management, facilities.

The room keys are so problematic. It often been disabled and they said it happens when we keep the keys near any debit or credit card or telephone.

Room was updated. Bathroom needs updating.

Breakfast did not have bacon, sausage or ham.

Breakfast was pretty good but a bit limited. There were bagels and waffles with spread but no toast. Coffee and orange juice were good. Plus, hard boiled eggs.

Nothing comes to mind.

Staff is fantastic! They are doing what they can with what they have been given. Location is very convenient. Plenty of parking spots - closed and open both. WiFi was decent as well. Breakfast is basic but don't go in expecting much.

Facilities are dated and not as comfortable. But you get what you pay for. DO NOT book a room with city view. The rooms are not insulated enough. i.e. sound from the road, rail (which is extremely close by), as well as the hotel entrance, was constantly coming in (and we were on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey bldg). In fact, the noise from the external HVAC was constantly on and audible throughout the night. Not sure if the opposite view has HVACs too or not.

The shower was leaking, the patio door opening not matched with the opening of the curtains!!

I liked the location and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The shower looked dirty, meaning, I could see pink residue when you don't clean and there was dirt on the shower wall. The pillows were small.

The king size bed and the view of the water.

The room had dust on most of the furniture, the staff at the front desk were on their phones while helping us check in and out. There were no bathtubs to bath my child in.

Place is RUN DOWN. The pool floor was dirty. The lights were off in the evening. The walls all had peeling wallpaper. The emergency exit sign on my floor was cracked and sagging. The ceilings had water damage. Dirt and stains on all surfaces. Haphazard rug in the elevator to hide the peeling floor paint and dirt. All the caulking around the fixtures in the room and in the halls around the elevator was peeling or crumbling. There is no care or upkeep. The sauna had carvings/grafitti carved everywhere. The 3 games were paid and should have been free. Overall, I am surprised this place is around. Virtually no patronage yet so many rooms. No pride. And, it's central air! So when it was 25 degrees, you only had heat. They hadn't turned on the AC yet. No in-room window AC. The price speaks for itself. Any higher would be a ripoff.

Beds were comfortable

How unclean the place was, room and bathroom and hallways. Stayed two nights, no room tidying or refilling of cups, coffee etc. Also the general appearance of the hotel is very run down, although the reception area looked nice.
